Dr. Ruba Mashrabash holds a PhD in Nutrition and Dietetics with a thesis on food addiction (from the University of Jordan), a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Processing (University of Jordan), and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Processing (Jordan University of Science and Technology). She has over 18 years of experience in dietary planning for all health conditions, is the director of the Ruba Mashrabash Center for Nutritional Consulting, and the founder of Ruba Diet, a website focused on nutrition and health. Since 2011, she has been presenting a weekly nutrition segment on Roya TV and has appeared on various other television stations. She is involved in scientific research specializing in food addiction, is an author of children's food stories, and has 10 years of experience teaching nutrition and food preparation for IG students and course credential teachers.
